Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post at standard post. Please note that items are custom made unless stated otherwise. Currently a 3 day turn around on all items except non custom. Once posted, tracking will be emailed to email specified at checkout. Flat rate shipping of $10 for all orders under $100. Orders $100+ is free standard shipping on all Australian orders. Oversize items such as our Gift Boxes or Play Gym Frames are $15.95 shipping.

 

We now ship Worldwide! All International orders are flat rate $25 AUD except NZ, which shipping is $15 AUD. Orders will be sent via tracked mail and will arrive anywhere from 7-21 business days. 

 

RETURNS 

Please keep in mind when purchasing, our items are custom made. Due to this and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind purchases. 

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of item being received. 

No returns on sale items such as clothing - exchange is available however postage is payable by customer.
