Shipping, Returns & Preorder info

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post at standard post. Please note that items are custom made unless stated otherwise. Once posted, tracking will be emailed to email specified at checkout/attached to your order on shop. Flat rate shipping of $10 for all orders under $200. Orders $200+ is free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

 

We now ship Worldwide! All International orders are flat rate $25 AUD except NZ, which shipping is $15 AUD. Orders will be sent via tracked mail and will arrive anywhere from 7-21 business days. PLEASE NOTE - OUR PLAY GYMS ARE A LARGE ITEM AND REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS - THIS WILL BE SHOWN AT CHECKOUT.

 

 PREORDERS

If any items in your order are on "pre-order," we will hold your order and ship it all together once we have the pre-order stock. If you want other items to arrive sooner, you can either place a separate order or contact our team to arrange an additional shipping charge to send your other items earlier. All 'pre-order' items have a clear label with an estimated dispatch time frame, which serves as a guide for when we aim to ship your order. RETURNS 

Please keep in mind when purchasing, our items are custom made. Due to this and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind purchases. 

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of item being received. 

No returns on sale items such as clothing - exchange is available however postage is payable by customer.
